Very good of you to track your fitness activities.
True as you said keeping fit with other outdoors really motivates you to stay longer ours.
To stop pains immediately you can apply a little pain relief balm but the best method is to always do that same exercise so as to get your muscles used to it.

I was told not to use pain relief that am still young, they said pain relief is for age people that was why I ask the question.
It good, I will continue doing the same exercise to get rid of the pain
