Like you, I am not vegan, I like to eat both vegetables and meats of different types. The body asks for what it needs, and we should give it what we can afford.

The important thing is that these foods are as healthy as possible and fresh, because although we must give the body what it requires, we must also stay healthy to have a long life without health problems, product of poor dietary intake.
