Help with claiming TRX?

I haven't been frequenting Steem as much after the split but would like to get back into the flow of things. The whole Steem/Hive/TRX side of things is a little confusing. So, I created an account for Hive so now I have that linked and going for me but now I'm confused with where and how the TRX/Tron Ecosystem come into play?

Can anyone explain/or link me to a good guide explaining how/what to do or put some basic instructions in comments? It be greatly appreciated.
