Is The Philippines The Land Of Ophir?
Ophir was mentioned in the Bible as a land that has great abundance of gold and other natural resources. It was a place where Solomon gets his supply of gold and other minerals. I've yet to study this subject, but there is a book found in Spain called "General de Documentos Relativos a las Islas Filipinas" which tells that the Philippines is the land of Ophir.
