Coincidence Labs Proposal for Rewarding Global Ambassador

背景 Background

Coincidence Labs发起于2020年8月，相继孵化了Peanut - Staking DAO, Nutbox - DAO创建平台，Wormhole3-去中心化策展平台。

从Peanut到Nutbox，再到Wormhole3，Coincidence Labs一直沿着“帮助Web3项目或社区，围绕开放智能合约创建组织”的道路前行。目前Coincidence Labs的发展成果也是有目共睹的，也与各位大使的宣传推广密切相关。

Global Ambassador项目自启动以来，目前已有5位全球性大使长期参与其中，分别来自中国、美国、韩国、西班牙、马来西亚。同时，我们也在积极的招募新的大使加入Coincidence Labs，为Web3.0世界创造更多的可能性。

因此，为了大使团队工作更加顺利以及更好的对其贡献给予匹配的奖励，我们也对全球大使的工作流以及激励机制做了优化，以便大使团队能够更好的自主性的开展工作，达到互惠共赢，以期未来更好地发展。

Since its launch, the Global Ambassador program currently has 5 ambassadors from all over the world, including China, the United States, South Korea, Spain, Malaysia. At the same time, we are also actively recruiting new ambassadors to join in Coincidence Labs，to create more possibilities for the Web3.0 world.

Therefore, in order to make the ambassador team work more smoothly and give them better rewards for their contributions, we have also optimized the workflow and incentive mechanism of global ambassadors, so that the ambassador team can work more autonomously and achieve mutual benefits. Win-win, with a view to better development in the future

In the future, the Global Ambassador project will be set as an integral mission, which is mainly divided into basic missions and advanced missions.
