THINGS ABOUT STEEM I'M STOKED ABOUT IN 2018
There's a lot of excitement about all the STEEM dapps emerging in 2018. I'm interested in getting going on a few of the big dapps this year. DTUBE, DLIVE, DSOUND, ZAPPL, APPICS...are showing up big time on my radar.
For those who don't know:
DTUBE - Decentralized YouTube - connected to Steem Blockchain - Steemit Video Platform essentially...you're steemit account is hooked into DTube. It's Brilliant.
DLive - Live Streaming Video - Awesome way for live reporting/sharing. It's Brilliant. Oh ya, it's hooked into STEEM Blockchain and Your Steemit Account.
DSound - AUDIO Network plugged into Steem Blockchain - Decentralized - Great place for artists to share tracks, podcasts, stand up sets, lectures, discussions - All sorts of Awesome
ZAPPL - Micro Blogging - like twitter(this one seems like it still needs some development at the moment - will likely have an SMT...it's own launch of a Smart Media Token. Brilliant. And, Ya - it's plugged into the STEEM Blockchain.
APPICS - an SMT - Basically an Instagram for STEEMIT - Plugged into the STEEM Blockchain - Decentralized photo posting app. It's Brilliant. (not launched yet - so might be worth jumping on in the beginning maybe gettic some xap (appics) when it's available.

its going to be crazy mooning when all these app really get adopted, steem definitely is the blockchain with the most use case in my opinion.

The future is looking really good for Steem and Steemit. These projects sound great. Most are already running to some degree although there are a few teething issues I’m sure that we will continue to go from strength to strength!

It looks like close to everything we need in media is being decentralized. What a great time to be alive. I hope that we see the rise of great journalism and other things as well as the fall of the dinosaur media. It is happening!
