well, it's the same as what you see on steemdb.com also, so idk. Maybe one or the other is a bit out of date.

i think steemdb is out of date with voting power % because steemnow accurately matches my percentage votes when I apply them here....whereas on steemdb it just tells you what percentage you are at....and steemnow came out after the most recent hardfork as far as i am aware

Cheers.

it must be something to do with its backend database, maybe it uses steemQL, which by its nature has to be lagged, because it only adds new data after it's already available with steemd

and i see i don't have to give you a vote for an insightful comment :p

Ah yes, that makes sense. I crossed referenced steemdb again...and i did so when i hadnt been active...and it alligned more/less with steemnow.

Cheers @lok1

Oh hey, Do you happen to know the equation in which our full 100% power vote is related in accordance with our Steem Power Holding?

I heard someone mention 1%...but that didn't seem to make sense when i was looking just a little while ago.

Or maybe it does...if the price is established on a 3.5 day average or something like that....like the price is always behind from what the present day price of steem is.

Any feedback / perspective is much appreciated.

Cheers.

yes, i believe the price estimation on steem is from either 7 or 3.5 day moving average. I don't know which price feed. maybe bittrex, maybe poloniex, idk. probably bittrex now.
