Wow! Estimated Account Value keeps going up!

I noticed in Wallet that my Estimated Account Value keeps going up and has already doubled since (I think) last week!

I didn't do anything, except for claiming some small rewards, so it must be the price of Steem.

The nice thing is that my vote now starts to make a difference, even if it's just 2 or 3 cents, I actually see the amount change when I vote!

Is everyone experiencing increased voting power?
