It took me 20 minutes to earn 1.170 Steem and I was allowed to withdraw it. I withdrew it using my Steemit name and I believe it will be going to my Steemit account. The only hold back is that the site verifies your activity to validate you truley used the offers (no bots or fraud), so they withdraw will take 7-10 days. Bummer. But I believe this site is a good way to quickly make a little bit of Steem.
