Do you find that there are a lot of takers for private sales like this? I think you have good cause to be hopeful, but at this point I would hope that if someone has steem they could sell, they wont sell, because they already made up their minds about being a long term hodl. Otherwise why not sell weeks or months ago during the descent from $7.00 USD.
Good luck though. Its always good to see someone talking about the value of STeem, not the price, but the value it holds and the corresponding excitement about the future price, because of that untapped "value".

If you joined in January and saw the $12sbd and now sub $1 they might have become greedy and want to cash out.
