For the people of Aceh, this lake must have been heard of often. Even people outside Aceh are not infrequently familiar with this lake. Laut Tawar Lake is located in the Gayo Highlands, Central Aceh Regency, Aceh. This lake is a tectonic lake formed along with the Semangko Fault.
