Finally, back after a week's break. Today I caught up some of the recent updates and the biggest update is that, @Grumpycat finally complied with Resistance's bounty proposal. Before I say anything, this story has two sides. @Grumpycat is known for his good work and also for "collateral damages" in few cases! Last day, @the-resistance had published a blog regarding the current stats of Grumpycat and Madpuppy. And as usual, Grumpycat replied back but by hitting the trending page with his 50 SBD bounty pool. Well, never mind!! After all, everyone has right to express just like @grumpycat.

Grumpycat wasting rewards(50 steem)...

• The people at RESIST are intelligent enough to read and understand the grumpy's compliance. As per I know them, @grumpycat they know it well, lol.
• There is no need of explanation because, at the time of discussion of your grumpy policy, you behaved like a dictator and made it a necessary element in bid bots world.
• Opposing this policy is natural because no one knew grumpy cat till he declares the supreme policy which has nothing but only the steem power in the foundation.
• Now after getting opposed to his decisions, GrumpyCat started downvoting and flagging the wrong-doers, which is a good step, but few exceptions. Grumpycat had flagged some of the posts which are solid at the point and with no spam or plagiarism. I am not talking about sneaky-ninja stuff.
• Still, @grumpycat, if you want to talk about sneaky-ninja stuff than @michael-david, is the right person.

Wrong Doers v/s Good Doers

• I am not the one to decide the wrong doers or right doers, as everyone has its own view and thinking angle on a particular object.

Everybody wants in different directions
The whole world's running to each his own
It's a place that justifies it all
And nobody's ever wrong
I guess we got to agree to disagree
Even if we're singing the same song
You can't try to change a life that don't want to be changed
If we all see eye to eye the whole world would be grey

• But I personally think that motivating Good doers or bloggers is more important than punishing the wrong-doers. Wrong doers are may be a learner who needs a second chance or a random spammer who is born to rape reward pools.
• @grumpcat, I just want to know, that is there any guideline to judge a person as the good doer or wrong doer? And the biggest question is who must deserve attention, wrong doers(who is spamming with 0 sense and hard work) or the good doers(who is working hard, investing mind and time to make a perfect post)?

Flag will kick-off flag only!

why it's not always possible to influence vote sellers behavior by flagging them directly.

• Steemit is gaining more popularity and more new users every day, and it takes time to understand the meaning and difference between I don't like and Flag.
• I don't want to see the future where users will do flag rather than correcting the misunderstandings. Trending page is full of rewards and flags.
• Flagging must be the last option in approach as there always a wide scope of discussion and solve the misunderstandings.
• And I know that for 50 Steem people will post more rants instead of quality views, just to make @grumpycat happy. Isn't that affecting the mindset of bloggers? As this encourages to write more rants, as steemit has the wide scope of attention for rants.

We all have scope for development...

• It is more than a fact that both sides may have some wrong judgments while dealing with each other's issues. And this misunderstanding will never settle unless we sit and talk.
• Second thing is that @grumpycat finally agrees with the bounty proposal or you can say the idea.

We both are fighting against each other( GrumpyCat and Resist) but the destination and goal are same, that is to make Steemit Better than ever!! And that's why I am happy, Be a part of my happiness...
