Steem Could Be A Great Crowfunding Platform

I will be blunt - wouldn't it be awesome if Steem would have an option for creating crowdfunding campaigns and they could collect Steem dollars to start?

Not just for projects maybe even something like Kiva to lend /give Steem dollars to someone who is in need to start his passion, ...
