Voting closed- INS on top | Still there is Hope.
Unfortunately, Steem couldn't make up to the top. But still there is hope, the results are not officially announced yet.
INS got around 3000 votes in an hour, these could be fake votes. Netcoins will be giving a final count and will eliminate all the fake votes and spams. I believe that INS has some fake votes and after that "maybe" we could compete. Although INS has a lead of around 1000 votes. It will be a tough fight. The results will be announced at the end of next week.

They had 8000 votes at the beginning of the day. They obviously didn't legitimately triple their votes right at the end.
I hope netcoins review all votes for the final count and may the genuine contestant wins.
