STEEM Account Claiming Costs Hit The Lowest Point in Recent Months - Don't Miss This Chance If You Have 4000 SP
For those who don't look much into technical details about STEEM, there are two ways you could get a STEEM account. When you buy an account or receive one as a gift or as part of the on boarding process, it is created in one of these ways and you are given keys.
1. You can burn 3 STEEM (value set by witnesses)
2. You can burn a lot of Resource credits.

If I have 4k SP, what is necessary to create a account, and them create one account for another person using my RCs... They will burn forever or it will be restore after 5 days?
