Because spending voting power is exponential decay, it actually takes 11 votes to decrease your voting power to 80%. Another 14 to decrease to 60%. 20 more to get to 40%. 35 more to get to 20%. 79 total votes to get to 20% voting power, all with 100% votes. Under the current rules it would take 321 100% votes to decrease your voting power to 20%.
