Transactions are the important one yeah, but taking the first step of getting on there is also important as you may forget completely they exist, once there you may find something you wanna vote on. :)
That's a good point. I believe the best thing to do would be to bookmark them like you suggest, then commit to make at least one small transaction using the dapp. That way we never forget to do it, and they all rise higher on the list.
