Ahh, this is true, but if we set the minimal reward too high, there is a risk that lot of the budget will be used to fund very small votes (for example 10 votes valued at 0.001 SBD will still drain 0.2+ SBD). Do you think that 0.05 would be better or go even higher?

But what happen to those who has small vote value, let's say 0.01 , will they get paid or not?
If they didnt get paid then why did i received 0.02 usd for upvoting this post?
Everyone gets paid, even those with very small vote :) But the bigger the vote, the bigger the reward,
