Witnesses - New Security Release of SteemD is available (0.19.3) - Upgrade Now!
Thanks to @drakos for letting me know so quickly that Steemit Inc.'s Dev team have released a new version of the Steem software for immediate upgrade.
The purpose of version 0.19.3 is described by Michael Vanderberg here:
Previously fixed, but not contained in a tagged release, is a fix for an I/O vulnerability that could lead to a denial of service attack on nodes.
Added mitigations regarding bandwidth for custom operations, exploitation of which could lead to minor network instability, resulting in high block latency and the missing of blocks by witnesses.
My own witness server is currently offline, pending a hardware upgrade, so I will be upgrading the software too once the hardware upgrade is completed. Most likely by the end of tomorrow. Back soon!

steemd in this case is not referring to steemd.com. steemd is also the name of the program that witnesses run to keep the blockchain alive! ;)
