In a perfect world , it would work great , every good content would get solid payouts, comments would be appreciated and curators would get a good share too. Steemit is a decentralized system where people need to step up and decide what is good and what is bad. some do more for the community some do less.
We are still in beta maybe this will change at some point but we are all in the responsibility to have an eye on this
