RE: Why Steemit Users become Dormant | Country Specific Curator Accounts could be better | idea for steemit Promotion

in #steem4 years ago

The main reason for increasing our dormant list is that we have not been able to provide them with the necessary support. Everyone got good support in the first session And many people were interested in seeing this thing As a result, the number of people in the second session has increased. In the first session, a total of 11 people from Bangladesh posted a diary game In the second session, the amount came to 138 people. Everyone posted in the hope that they would get a good support

If we can vote for a user regularly 1$. I can vote for 7$ in 7 days. If a user is very happy. But if he/she is given a vote of 7$ in one of his posts after 7 days. He is not happy about that. Because he suffers from depression. Because he did not get votes after working for the first 6 days. So, when he will get the vote again after today, he is thinking about it. This makes his post quality worse.

I agree with @rashid001 brother. We currently have 138 users in Bangladesh. 60 of them are active. If we can give regular support to these active users. Then they will work regularly. For this we need our own curator account in our country. So, that we can vote for each user regularly. If we can get 60 people to vote for 60$ a day. Yet they will work. And there will be interest in working among them. When they get the vote. Then their friends will also join the steemit. It is never possible to do anything without manpower. If we can't support now. Then gradually more people will become dormant.

We can vote 2 days a week with @steemcurator07. And our active member is currently a total of 60 people. If 60 people post an average of 5 posts a week, then 300 posts. And we can vote for $ 50 with @steemcurator07 in 2 days. We can only give 60 members a vote of 0.83$ at the end of the week. And these members are never satisfied with getting it. The dormant list for this is growing.

Okay, work out how much delegation SP you would need to give everyone the vote reward you think they deserve?

Then say where that delegation should be taken from.

Thank you

@steemcurator1, @steemcurator02 and @steemcurator03 accounts are working hard. At the moment it is not possible for them to sp delegation us And the rest of the community curator accounts are trying their best.

We need more community accounts. There are many countries in it. Who have created a community with the people of their country. If 3-4 more community curator accounts are added in each of these countries. And each community creator account is sp as required. That would have been pretty good.

There are currently 2.3million sp in the @misterdelegation account. We can delegate these sp as required. Because these sp are not currently being used. We can use these sp. We can sp delegation according to the population of each country.

When a person gets votes for 3 days in a row, his interest in posting on the fourth day will definitely increase. When each community creator account will work. Then the work of @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 will be a little less. Then if they like someone's post. They can vote. Then no one will wait for the @steemcurator01 vote.

As we have mentioned several times, there is no more fresh delegation available. The remaining SP in @misterdelegation is being held for other purposes.

So any delegations must come from @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02.

Let us know who we should stop voting for and then that might free up some SP.

Vote on @steemcurator02 account only in spanish accounts. Sometimes vote for @steemcurator01 spanish accounts. There are not more Spanish users than in other countries. I think some power from @steemcurator02 can be given to other curator account.
