How Can I Be A Part Of This Contest?

Simply follow the instructions put together by @Oracle-D in their post. Or if you are a lazy bum like me, do this:

• Go to http://contest.gonetcoins.com/ and at the bottom, search for STEEM.
  Add your email id in the placeholder and - click VOTE. It will ask you to send a confirmation EMAIL and you will say, "a-Okay"
• Check your email. Click on the link inside and poof, you are done. It's that easy.
