Wow, finally a significant rise... didnt happen before initial hf20 date, didi it?
This is a weird move...you cannot deposit or withdraw from the exchanges being pumped...

You cannot deposit neither withdraw but you can trade if you have BTC in the exchange 😜...
Mainly it is a exchange manipulation I guess...
It pumped because wallets are closed in all exchanges. After the HF20 the price will go down. It happened before when the blockchain was down.
