Well, be careful ;) If you actually unfollow them it will show the unfollow on the blockchain. With the issue people are reporting, there is no 'unfollow' transaction.
Seems like @acidyo needs this tool by @holger80.

I have not checkef Snook case just that I had to refollow and pretty sure I did not unfollow. Refollowed yesterday or so.
Haha yeah, I will have to do it right before I write a new post. :p
