Sign up for Poloniex or Mexc exchanges

and then copy your STEEM deposit address from there.

The main addresses are just poloniex and mxcsteem. But the memo which you can't forget is yours. If you forget to enter this, your STEEM will be lost forever.

Go to Steemit and transfer your STEEM.

Once it gets there, trade it for USDT.

Then transfer your USDT to wherever you can use that crypto stablecoin at.

Do not use USDT erc-20, the fee is in Eth so you won't have anything left after withdrawing.

Use USDT trc-20 instead.
From Mexc, the fee is 1 USDT
From Polo, the fee is zero
