Steem Dollars & Steem wallets Disabled on Poloniex.com.. Why this happend? due to difference in prices on Bittrex and poloniex?

You can clearly see that #Steem dollars and #STEEM wallets are disabled on poloniex.. Why this happend? what will be its effect on the value of #STEEM and #STEEM Dollars ? STEEMERS please guide us in this regard...

Is it really due to price difference on Poloniex and Bittrex?
