Hello, no it is not needed. If you just want liquid payout without beneficiaries, just set "likwid" as 100% beneficiary and that is all. You can set beneficiaries from any other editor (like steemit.com or steempeak.com).
Ok so if I used steemium to promote a post and only changed the beneficiary a day later how wil that post be payed out?
