From my interactions with them it seems likely that there are some pretty stringent conditions on what they're allowed to downvote, as well. It would be nice to know how much of that is their project priorities and how much of it comes from Steemit.

Even more so, it would be nice if this were available for people to look up somewhere official rather than absorbing it through Steem experience. It would probably cut out a lot of the SteemCleaners-related conspiracy theories out there.

But in general I'm more concerned with the dApps.
