Yes, it's real easy using steem connect. You can go to steembottracker.com and under tools look for delegation management.
It's made by top witness yabapmatt so you know it's safe. Then enter 0 to magicdice and it will prompt steem connect . Go through with the transaction and your SP will return to you in a week.
