I was saying somewhere the other day that if we think about ourselves and the community and neglect neither, the place would be healthier. There is a space for passive income and plenty of room for activity. If people took a hybrid approach it would work well.

I feel sorry for people who need money so badly (in the short run) that they can't value anything else. They are missing so much that's right there at their fingertips.

I do too. I have been this person and despite still struggling, there is no value in only chasing and running away from. Time to make a stand.
