Yes, it's unfair. But it's fairly unfair. Those people who earn the big bucks have earned that unfairness either because of taking huge risks or having exclusive skills which no one else has.

People very rarely factor in the risks taken with both the assets and the reputation for people to get where they are. A lot s given up at times that no one else will ever know.
