That is a problem of kind, but will change over time (if we survive) as it starts to drop the pool size in 2020 I think so if more users come in, the competition on the pool increases and many of them will want to power something up. Also, who knows what a future hardfork might do to it as it could be in two years from now they choose to increase the drop rate or cut it directly. uncertainty for sure, but that is part of the scene.
