I dont think that is a good idea. Because often one tends to do things on the spur of the moment and then regret later. So I think there should be some kind of waiting period which is stoppable. That way you can change your mind. So maybe a 7-14day even 30 day waiting period. Just something less than 13 weeks.
I agree, but it also teaches something about responsibility and consequence :)
