Steem Power Interest Rate Calculator

I built a really simple STEEM Power interest rate calculator today. The only things it does not do is compound interest, or take into account interest rate decrease / increase over time. I'm kinda new at getting acquainted as to how interest rate changes works in Steem (any insights are welcome). At the very least I presume it's fairly accurate up to at least the 7 day mark...after that who knows.
