Crypto to Watch - STEEM - BREAKOUT!!!

The volume has gone through the roof as STEEM hit a high of $0.23 and has moved back down to the $0.178 level.

The MACD and RSI are Bullish of course as the MACD is about to cross Bullish.

I am not sure what is causing this move as it feels like another pump and dump.

STEEM is trading above the 200 day but below the 50 day.

I put the odds at 60-40 that STEEM will trade between the two moving averages.
