Steem will be ranked higher than Ethereum on coinmarketcap by the end of this month.

It's really not that hard to see where the trend is going. If Steemit continues to grow at this pace it will easily overtake Ethereum as the number two currency by market capitalization.

    once the DAO fiasco settles then correct projections can be made.

    Sure there is defiantly the possibility of this happening but the difference between the two platforms is huge. Steemit is a App (and maybe a killerapp at that) while Ethereum is a platform for apps to develop, Steemit market cap will continue to rise as good news continues to come out for the app. While Ethereum will rise with good news for any app on the platform.
