This is an interesting way to put it. I have always struggled to explain the reward structure to others. Most just get bored after 2 mins. All they want to know is how much money they make. Personally for me this is a 5-7 year project and I have been here only a few months. So far I am very impressed but others I talk to just want to be zillionaires overnight on one post..!!
