This is a really good idea. I'm passionate about sales and marketing, so I'll be keenly following this and trying to chip in. This is going to be a vital pillar to our success.

As for marketing internally, if there's one chance a year I could ever ask/wish for Steemit's direct help, it'd be to promote the community standing behind @steemcafe and @daveonarrival (and team) for their diehard work to help this chain get on the map. They are a business building on the chain and go largely unrecognized by large stakeholders for reasons I can't comprehend. With more support/firepower/confidence instilled, they can do so much more without being worn down to the bone. I wrote two passionate posts lately on this, the most recent being tonight, and thought I'd try my luck here since it's worth the chance.
