Why systems working with Beneficiary rewards are Beneficial in Long Run ?

As a minnow I always find diffucult to integrate with Blockchain by using condenser , After writing couple of articles I quit and started 6 months ago and I can say that I'm pretty happy with my situation after a lot of talking and networking and meeting with new people in blockchain. However the new members using the condenser having quite hard time untill they start to generate tiny bit of Steem. As I said most of the time it is not about content , it is about backroom politics , community working and other indicators. However the people who wants to give a shot to steemblockchain is mostly comming with one purpose and it is earn some crypto.

Because of the things I stated above integration for new people were always pain in the ass and they may get wrong assumptions about the nature of blockchain and may quit it in the middle of the road as I did before.

However new systems created with beneficiary rewards offers a lot of thing to the people who entered to blockchain. Delegators can get a percentage back enterprenuers can get delegation if their project will add value to steem and they don't have to deal with a lot of politics and they can work on perfecting the project.

Eventhough there are couple of platforms working with this system I want to mention about Dtube and Utopian as an example. A 25 reputation can earn some steem without doing a lot of networking and community stuff at these days which is great , it is like creating a job space for people. If you are a minnow with set of skills that can contribute to utopian anyhow , you just contribute and get your reward if it is suitable. However it is quite a bumpy ride for new comers if they are not "influencers". If you are a Vlogger and want to monetize your videos in Steem blockchain just use Dtube and get a vote if it is suitable. This way a lot of people entered the blockchain in order to generate some crypto will have time to understand what is going on and will be generating rewards by using this topic/genre based blockchain systems instead of posting 3 posts in 1 hour and quitting after getting 0.00 cents

I really think with the release of Smt's we will see a lot of cool and different organizations that will add value to blockchain in the future and it will attract a lot of users and maybe investors.
