I want to delegate 8000 SP to @justy account. But how many dollars of votes will I get for this?

I have already seen many people who have received votes ranging from $1.30-$1.60 for 8000 SP delegation.

Now my question is
If I delegate 8000 SP, will I get votes at a rate of 9.19%??
