Exchange stop accepting bitcoin and altcoin overstock & it get limited about of bitcoin to trade . very low demand altcoin . so it dry down . when bitcoin return start accepting altcoin fly again . good luck
did you meen steem/usd or steem/btc ? we you see this head and shouders ? and yes is going to support so wait to see if bounce up or will break support. :)
