How Can My Post Make One Penny?

How can my posts make one penny if it in one second my posts when into the abyss of nowhere. You post a posts and by the time you took your finger off the mouse your post is at the bottom of the page. How can anybody make money here. If I can't make no money I can get no honey, and if I don't get no honey, then what am I supposed to do? Where are all the steem dollars, bitcoin, and bananas ....?
