Hi @soufiani, in order to carry out step 4, you will just need to generate an Ethereum Wallet. You can use a wallet created at https://www.myetherwallet.com or you can create a wallet at https://www.boolean.news/create-a-wallet/ .
Once that is created, you'll have a public address, example 0x7b15c1c464bece5f6741d8dce8466e30f611aea1
Once you have your address, you can send the SBD using the steps and include that address in the memo! If you run into any issues creating the wallet, let me know and I'll be happy to help! :)

When i come to make a wallet they ask me for this metamask,, must i creat an account on it too?? (if this possible)
Hi @soufiani, once you're on that screen, that is just to allow you to use your wallet on the site; you don't have to use that page because your wallet has been created at that point. Ensure that you have your Keystore/JSON File saved (you should have been prompted to do so earlier in the form), as well as your Private key, your password, and your public address, and then you can just send your public address that was generated in the memo. Using either of the URLs provided, you should have been prompted to save all of that information prior to the screen shown in the screenshot you have provided. :) Let me know if you have any additional questions and I'll be glad to help!
