STEEM <-> STEEMP is handled directly by the SteemEngine team - @aggroed @yabapmatt @harpagon

Everything else, e.g. EOS, TELOS, BTC, LTC, DOGE etc. is @privex's responsibility, using our open source https://github.com/Privex/cryptotoken-converter

Note that even on the coins we're responsible for, we don't take the entire 1% fee, the gateway is operated in collaboration with SteemEngine, we only get a small portion of that 1% fee.
