ESCAPE VELOCITY OF STEEMIT VOTING POWER

I assume that there are certain bold numbers or marks in regards to voting power that influence how the steemit community will value, read, comment and vote for new content and comments and how it will react to heavy votes.

For example.. if I had not even 1 cent of voting power the effect on people and ranking of my voting will be quite small.
So probably the first bold number is 1 cent...
But where is the next? 5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, 50 cents? 1 Dollar?

And at the end at what bold number is the effect on the community so strong that by the sheere power of a single vote alone stories will be trending, voting bots and the crowd will be jumping in just because of visibility and enjoyment to bet on the right horse --> getting steemit voting escape velocity.. lift off into orbit... just because of sheere voting power?

Please comment.. what is your observation? where do you see the bold numbers?
