I mean your posts are making more than most people's. Its not a lot but honestly payment should be secondary to views on the platform in my opinion.
None of this is simple, but where we can agree is what we have isn't working.

I worked my ass of to get where Im today.... As most people here, I have a job... the rest in in photo and videografy ...stock video! What you see on my profile in 2 years of hard work!. DAY AND NIGHT.... its about money, but it not all money.,.... it more about other Soc.Pla. ..taking edvantage of creators....

P.s.: Im from EU. I did work yesterday, I work all night on videos and photos for stock and now also for steem... an in 2h Im going back to work.... so you get the idea.
BUT I LOVE WHAT I DO.... SO ITS NOT HARD FOR ME... ok job sucks .... but I do it, so I can follow my dream!

There nothing else I could add...
Millions were wasted on sh... content and only a handful of good people stayed.
It's still not completely lost case, but I feel that Steemit is not holding the wheel, brakes, clutch and acceleration pedal.
Our destiny is in the hands of general crypto market and all we can do is the equivalent of changing the radio stations.

But it only means, that I m willing to fight for it for what I belive.
For me the sad part is, when you comes with a solution and nobody F..... cares.
I live in France for 4 years and now I'm moving (almost) back - to Slovenia.
Why? Because here I'm surrounded by people who have no references, no numbers, no education for the given topic no "life experience", nothing...
I simply need to regain my sanity and start living again among reasonable people. My salary will be almost 50% less - but I don't care.
