Let's tip eachother to strenghten community
Hello steemit people!
I think it is very important for success of steemit that reward are spread more equally between people. As we can see from stats steemd.com attrition rate is high, this is due to mainly 2 things
First is user interface not yet suited for facebook or twitter user, no cool user profil , friend list, data feed,etc..people who come today on steemit don't even think that this site could be facebook replacement for them ( this problem I am sure will be solve in due time)
- Second is inequality between posts, some receive thousands others gets nothing. I am not saying we should reward poor posts with no effort in them, but there are many posts where people gave all their heart and time and get 0.02 $ and many vote.
General sentiment in steemit is that this problem will resolve overtime because of dilution, this is probably correct but should we wait for the issue to solve itself? I think not.

That's why I want to propose to add a tip button under each posts.
A link that directs you to transfer to account page and fill author's username by default, you just select steem or steem dollar.
CLICK TIP button and you see
Another idea I had was to create other small pools that distribute money daily to every post with more than 20-30 upvote, this is more technic but first idea can be implemented today easily :)
I hope you consider this idea my steemit people, I want you to know that I am not complaining , I post one time and receive a lot more than average person so for me steemit is win win but other people should be given the chance .
Users who earn thousands and never expect to earn this much could then tip a few dollars to good post that they randomly see, this will create very positive feedback loop with stronger community and less attrition rate.
Share your thoughts :)
Peace
From that image I'm now wondering are you @cryptos or did you just reuse their screenshot?
Hi contentjunkie,
It is random image from google, I have new mac laptop and don't know how to screenshot yet :)
On Mac OS X to take a screenshot you press CMD + SHIFT + 4 you can then drag your mouse to select which part of the screen you want to capture. If you want to capture a single window press space bar and click the window instead of dragging.
The images you capture this way will be automatically saved to your desktop.
Thank you for advice
I believe in this too.
