Vessel (0.2.4) - Create Account Process
Hello and welcome to my tutorial on creating an account using Vessel!
Once logged into vessel, which uses your steem username and password, along with a app password if encryped, you'll want to head to settings as shown below.
in the RPC node section input : https://steemd.steemit.com/
and hit update!
Heading over to the accounts tab and clicking on "+ Create Account" will bring up the following dialog..
Choose your main account from the first dropdown, and type a username for the person you are creating an account for. Then click "Create Account". Which will bring up :
This next step is IMPORTANT
Copy the Account Password!!! Keep it secret, and keep it safe!!!
Did you copy the Account Password correctly? Double and Triple Checked?
Ok, Good.
Click "Confirmed - Create Account".
Congratulations!! You have created an account for a user. Let them know to change their password anytime within the next 30 days to lock you out of the account permanently at the 30 day mark.

I ran into one problem over and over:
I have used the main steemit account import feature as well as trying to use various private keys especially for the Active key. No luck yet. Any ideas?
That I haven't come across. I'll play with it later and see if I can replicate, will get back to you.
It is actually creating that error if the new account name does not validate. I think there is a issue opened already about adding account name validation. Thanks for your efforts.
