I use LiteBit.eu for all my fiat-->crypto trades!
This doesnt take me 12 hours but most of the time just 10-15min to be completed!

Question, how do I spend credits on their site (I cant find the spending button)?

You buy crypto using the credits instead of direct transfer.
Your account shows the balance of any holdings, incl. credits.
