Does Anyone Know The Exact Curation Formula?

in #steem6 years ago (edited)

When you vote before a whale, your curation reward goes up.

Obviously, this depends on:

  • The number of rshares you voted with.
    • The time you voted at.
  • The number of rshares after you voted.
    • The times at which these rshares were commited.
  • The number of rshares before you.
    • The times these rshares were commited.

But what is the actual formula? If you're reading this and I haven't got an answer, please tag someone that might know. Or resteem it if you're interested in finding out yourself but dont know anyone.

I've been looking for ages and want to sleep

It might be in the source code, somewhere.

Cheers, I'll return the favour 👍🏻😎
